Admission Requirements
The application Form, Admission Instructions, Prospectus of the University, and other related information are available in the Admission and Information Center. The application form may be obtained by paying Tk. 500.
Required Documents:
- Completed Application Form
- Three recent passport-size color photographs, duly attested
- Attested copies of certificates and mark sheets for all previous examinations
- Testimonial/Letter of Recommendation from the Head of the Institution last attended
- Attested copy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate/valid Passport
Admission Eligibility
Undergraduate Programs
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 in SSC and HSC exams separately
- O-Level in five subjects and A-Level in two subjects with a GPA of 3 at each level
- Special requirements for BSc in Mathematics, CSE, and EEE programs
- Physics and Mathematics required at HSC/A-level for BSc in Mathematics, CSE, and EEE
- In case of GPA 2.00 in one exam (SSC/HSC), total combined GPA must be 6.0
Graduate Programs
- 15 years of study at school and college level
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 or second division in SSC, HSC and Bachelor degrees
- No third division or CGPA below 2.00 at any level
Foreign Students
- Application fee: US $ 100
- Required documents: Passport copy, foreign office clearance, finance certificate
- Preference given to high scores in SAT/GMAT/GRE
